Shipping Information:
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 3 to 5 business days from reciept of order. Some products require lead times to produce and can take up to 21 business days to ship. In cases where longer lead times are required, an email will be sent to the customer providing the anticipated ship date.

All priority shipping orders (e.g. Overnight, 2 Day) are processed and shipped the day the order is placed. All priority shipping orders places after 3:00pm CST will be processed and shipped the next business day.

All items are shipped via UPS within the U.S. and rates are determined by UPS.

All international items are shipped via US Postal Service. Rates determined by USPS.

WE ARE NOT ABLE TO SHIP TO PO BOXES or APO Addresses. Please provide an alternate address when ordering.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

Qualfying items purchased from the LM Company Store on-line can be returned to LM Company Store or by mail with the printed packing slip that is sent with the original order.
Please note that shipping and handling charges can not be refunded and the cost associated with returning merchandise is the sole responsibility of the customer and can not be reimbursed.
